Vodka Cocktails

Alpha Moscow Mule

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Vodka, 120ml ginger beer, 15ml fresh lime juice.

Method: Serve in a copper mug or highball over crushed ice. Garnish with lime and mint.

Alpha Electric Lemonade

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Vodka, 30ml blue curaçao, 30ml lemon juice, 20ml simple syrup, top with lemonade.

Method: Shake vodka, curaçao, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into a highball, top with lemonade. Vibrant and energetic.

Alpha Spicy Bloody Mary

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Vodka, 150ml tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, fresh lemon.

Method: Build in a tall glass over ice. Stir gently. Garnish with celery and chilli.

Alpha Vodka Tonic Twist

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Vodka, 150ml tonic water, fresh orange slice and rosemary.

Method: Pour vodka over ice in a highball glass. Top with tonic. Garnish with orange slice and a sprig of rosemary.

Alpha Vodka Collins

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Vodka, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml simple syrup, soda water.

Method: Shake vodka, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into a tall glass, top with soda water. Garnish with lemon slice.

Alpha Cape Codder

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Vodka, 120ml cranberry juice, 15ml lime juice, lime wedge.

Method: Build over ice in a highball glass. Stir gently and garnish with a lime wedge.

Brandy Cocktails

Alpha Brandy Old Fashioned

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Aperitif Brandy, 10ml simple syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters.

Method: Stir over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel and cherry.

Alpha Warm Apple Brandy

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Aperitif Brandy, hot apple juice, cinnamon stick, dash of honey.

Method: Heat apple juice (do not boil). Add brandy and honey, stir. Serve warm in a heatproof mug with a cinnamon stick.

Alpha Brandy Sour

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Aperitif Brandy, 25ml lemon juice, 20ml simple syrup, egg white (optional).

Method: Shake all ingredients hard with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wheel.

Alpha Brandy Alexander

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Aperitif Brandy, 25ml dark crème de cacao, 30ml fresh cream, grated nutmeg.

Method: Shake brandy, crème de cacao, and cream hard with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Dust with grated nutmeg.

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Aperitif Brandy, 150ml cream soda, fresh orange slice.

Method: Pour brandy over ice in a tall glass. Top with cream soda. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice.

Alpha Brandy Espresso

Ingredients: 40ml Alpha Brandy, 30ml espresso, 15ml coffee liqueur, 10ml simple syrup.

Method: Shake hard with ice, strain into a coupe glass, garnish with coffee beans.

Whiskey Drinks

Alpha Whiskey Sour

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Whiskey, 30ml fresh lemon juice, 20ml simple syrup, egg white (optional).

Method: Shake hard and serve over ice. Garnish with a cherry and orange peel.

Alpha Whiskey Ginger

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Whiskey, 120ml ginger ale or ginger beer, fresh lime wedge.

Method: Pour whiskey over ice in a highball glass. Top with ginger ale or ginger beer. Squeeze and drop in a lime wedge.

Alpha Old Fashioned Twist

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Whiskey, 10ml honey syrup, 2 dashes bitters, orange peel.

Method: Stir whiskey, honey syrup, and bitters over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a wide strip of orange peel.

Alpha Whiskey Smash

Ingredients: 50ml Alpha Whiskey, 25ml lemon juice, 15ml simple syrup, mint leaves.

Method: Muddle mint and syrup, add whiskey and lemon juice, shake and strain over ice.
